Pros

Citigroup is one of the largest banks in the world, it is a top tier I B, and contains great talent

Cons

Because it is so big and complex, there are some Organisational issues as well as coordination problems that sometimes make it frustrating

Pros

Large company, room for growth, skilled and knowledgeable management, work culture, team cohesiveness, salary.

Cons

Large company (could be considered a con as well since it is more of a corporate environment and you can feel like a number instead of a person).
