Pros

GLobal brand, very international reach. They were very good with compenstaion and management did a good job communicating with their employees and minimized disruption.

Cons

Can be a bit bureaucratic and very results oriented. This is usually good but sometimes can sacrifice work life balance.

Well known brand in almost entire world Very good professional base Nice benefit package (gym membership, private health and dental insurance, holiday and Christmas bonus)

Cons

Low salary, not negotiable A lot of over-hours Not very clear promotion rules High staff rotation which caused never ending training for new employees, who will find better paid job in first year and leave Citibank

Great development and training. Acceptable package. Great training opportunity and chance to work with some of he top minds. Top notch working environment.

Cons

Internal politics and sometimes it can be difficult to communicate with the seniors when you don't pick the right timing.
