- Typical bulge bracket environment - Entrepeuneurial spirit - Senior Management team merit respect - Benefits package competitive - The resources are out there.....
Cons
.... It is just very difficult to track them down.. - Bureaucracy: Citi is a massive, unwieldy beast- with red tape stretching as far as the eye can see.. - Lack of transparency on most things: business, HR processes, technology etc.. - Ahhhh- technology, it's rubbish. Lead out of the US, who appear to care very little about their EU counterparts -New starter process is embarassingly difficult to navigate
