Pros

Flexible working culture Generally Easy-going Good Project Management Method Competent people are allowed to do what they do best and flourish Senior management very supportive of staff

Cons

Like other investment banks, it's controlled by regulatory requirements, thus can be stifling & frustrating. Learn to handle this and things become alot easier Only 23 days leave Slight culture of nepotism. People advanced on length of service rather than competence SOX!

Pros

1. Global organization - if interested in international career, a good place to be. Still has a great reputation in Asia and emerging markets. 2. Benefits are pretty decent.

Cons

1. Extemely, extremely siloed. Moving from one department to another is akin to changing companies. 2. Human resources function, irrespective of location, is atrocious. Collectively they are the bane of the organization. 3. Not a meritocracy by any stretch of the imagination.
