Pros

I like my peers that I work with and the location of my current job. They allow you to work remote and are flexible when it comes to work/ personal life balance.

Cons

Things seem to be moving in the wrong direction. There's a lot of bureaucracy in the organization and perceptions are more important than reality.

Pros

Salary was good, lots of really really smart people who worked there, great education in financial markets and (was) a blue chip name for resume

Cons

Not a nice environment to work. Management were target and short term driven, no focus on the franchise or the long term

Pros

Staff is ok. The benefits are nice with tuition reimbursement being a plus - if you desire to go back to school.

Cons

Management is incompetent and you need to give five + years to a stinky job before you get promoted.
