From start to finish my interaction with the company were clean and concise. The environment has a great family feel. CEO Alba Aleman is amazingly awesome. I've never worked for a CEO that was so approachable. She was always interested in learning more about her employees and what they actually did versus looking at you like a seat filler. She is so down to earth and warm. Great company with even better leadership.

I have been at Citizant for only a short amount of time, but I have never been so fulfilled before in my entire life!

Cons

The company has not yet found a way to reach out to underprivileged people such as those in Africa.
