      A lot of lip service, but not a lot of follow through.

      Pros

      Citizant attempts to make new employees feel welcome, and part of their team by giving them a present from Harry and David, but the good energy ends there.

      Cons

      Upper management is disconnected from their employees, as a result the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. There is no structure, and no clear direction given to new employees on how to accomplish even the most basic of tasks like successfully filling out their timesheet. Not a professional environment, everything seems thrown together at the last minute, without clear intention and the work product suffers for it.

      Pros

      Ehhhhhhhh. I don't have many good things to say, but there's a 20 word minimum. What good things can I say? Nothing comes to mind.

      Cons

      Too many to list: Terrible pay/compensation. Annoying managers. Lackluster benefits. Low company morale. I truly believe they are hiring people to write good reviews. BEWARE.

      Pros

      Working at Citizant you have the strength and capabilities of a large company with the flexibility of a mid-sized company. If you are looking for the ability to make a difference, if hard work doesn't scare you, and if you can focus on growing business without getting side tracked by what is common in any work environment, then this is the place for you. You will be held accountable for your work but isn't this what you want? Aren't you looking for a place you can leave a mark?

      Cons

      This is not a place for slackers or those who struggle with honest feedback. If you are looking for a job where you can coast and only build the same widget every day for years then this probably isn’t a place for you.
