We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the opportunities for travel and the lunch break schedule, however, we are deeply concerned by your comment regarding workplace violence and policies. At Citizant, we take workplace safety and adherence to policies very seriously. We strive to maintain a supportive, safe, and secure environment for all employees. We require employees who feels that he or she has witnessed or been subject to any form of discrimination, harassment, or unethical conduct to immediately notify their supervisor, Human Resources, or another manager at the Company immediately so we can act quickly. We have and will continue to urge employees to escalate these issues to Citizant leaders, or report an incident anonymously, securely, and confidentially to our personalized Ethical Advocate website or hotline. To address the concerns you’ve raised, we would like to understand more about your experience. Please reach out our HR team directly so we can address this matter thoroughly.

DMV-type Job

Pros

A Paycheck. Competitive Benefits. Government Holidays Off.

Cons

Have you ever wanted to work at the DMV? If not, do not apply for this job, because it's the exact same type of work..... 30 Minute lunches (if you get one at all)...... Your entire day is ruled by the USA Access Schedule, which you have no control over. It can be a cluster with people dragging in late and making a mess of your entire day..... No matter what you do, there will always be people with messed up badges. And they keep coming back without an appointment, which can be a real hassle when you are already booked up.....

As a government contractor, working beyond standard hours is not typical and does require customer approval. Further, Citizant's human-centric culture encourages leadership to be actively involved and engaged with their team. We value your opinion and will take action to ensure your input is heard.
