The company is focused on its employees professionally, promoting specialized training (e.g., Agile) and certification for career development (e.g., PMP). The work environment is flexible and allows for sharing across project and organizations. Operations Management is experienced and ready to roll up their sleeves and support customers / projects, as needed.

Cons

Need to proactive with employees that are not-performing or are negatively impacting the engaged workforce.

Pros

I have worked at many Fortune 500 companies and many of them only cares about the bottom line. They are ready to dump employee to meet the numbers. I feel that Citizant CEO has created a culture of caring for well being of employees. Sure, we all have to work hard to please customer. But having great support from CEO and headquarter staff goes a long way in being successful.

Cons

In the era of stagnant or shrinking budgets, I am worried that Government contracting is a zero sum gain.

Pros

My favorite people are still here (or have returned) and going strong. The current management team is cohesive, consistent, and caring--and laser-focused on quality, customer and employee satisfaction, as well as growth.

Cons

Fast pace and willingness to go above and beyond are expected from all employees. Fortunately everyone, including the CEO, rolls up their sleeves and helps.
