-Work life balance is great -Management doesn't micromanage -Travel opportunities are abundant -Relatively low pressure work environment -Small company with great values

Cons

-Little/no upward growth potential in this specific role -Day-to-day tasks are repetitive -Workload is location dependent - one facility may only see one or two clients per week, where another facility may see upwards of 50-60 per day
