      Pros

      remote two days a week (even as intern), lots of networking events and mixers, Boston office is very nice (overlooks harbor); heard there's decent internal mobility but can't speak to it personally

      Cons

      the full-time rotational program has a low salary for the area; smaller scale bank with somewhat limited growth and opportunities to lead deals and win business
