      Pros

      Good growth opportunity, supportive management, some groups offer remote work flexibility.

      Cons

      Compensation could be improved; not the worst in the industry but not the best given the size of the bank. Newer employees to the bank often get better pay packages compared to loyal employees who grew with the company and hold similar roles.

      Great Work Life Balance

      Pros

      Work life balance for this role specifically is great. Work is due at the end of the quarter and you can prioritize completing it as you see fit. Company cares a lot about your development and setting you on a path towards your goal.

      Cons

      Disconnect between business lines and between different levels of superiority. Further towards the top, more stress/less balance.
