Work from home , while it lasted

Cons

Culture is the worst. Employee surveys demonstrate this and nothing is done about it. Hostile work environments, consumer banker senior leaders are AWEFUL. Lack self awareness, ignore employee surveys and generally arrogant!

Compensation could be better but the free time is a plus. so the hourly rate is quite good.
