If I could do it over I am not sure I would still choose to work for this company.

Pros

It is very difficult to list the pros. I suppose it has given me exposure to a lot of different bank functions including compliance, risk, etc.

Cons

Career advancement is very difficult and recognition of hard work is poor. I came into this company with a hard working attitude and that has not paid off. It is dissatisfying and frustrating to have done everything right, made the right connections, and still be sitting where I do today.
