      Pros

      Thoughtful leadership. Great work/life balance and remains challenging. Bank is heading in a great direction. Believe in the abilities and vision of executives and upper management.

      Cons

      Westwood office could do with an onsite gym and desks could be updated with standing desks. Having employees back in the office and being tied to their desks, we should have some sort of perks like this to help with overall physical health.
