Pros

Good benefits since large firm, especially health insurance. If looking for a large corporate firm feel then this is the place. Titles are very important here. There are some good clients to work on, and lots of in house training.

Cons

Management only cares about the bottom line and being politically correct. Joel Cooperman comes across as someone who cares but in reality he only cares about his ego and how big his firm will get. The firm is very corporate and titles are very important. Like most big firms you most definitely must play the game in order to get what you want. There is no real teamwork.
