I've been with Citrin Cooperman for over 17 years, that alone should say something. We have flexible working hours, competitive salary, great holiday parties, summer outings, snacks during tax season and casual dress attire.

Cons

Tax season hours. What can you do, it's a CPA firm.

forget work/life balance.,this place has the highest of all benefits premiums I've ever seen. company leadership is extremely cheap. place is still running on "startup/small company" mentality.

Family atmosphere. Great team, camaraderie, helpful culture. Lots of room to grow. Plenty to be challenged by if you want. Learning, training opportunities. Participation opportunities in committees that are effective for specializations, charity, benefits and fun.
