      -A collaborative work environment - people are friendly and helpful -Management really seems to care about their employees - they frequently solicit feedback then follow up by acting on it -Broad network of expertise -Some nice perks like jeans on Friday, the ability to leave early on summer Fridays and flexible work arrangements -Very professional work environment -People in the senior leadership positions are accessible to everyone

      -Not enough space to provide all managers with offices -Medical insurance premiums are high

      Pros

      Great culture and great people to work with! CEO and managers really care about each individual. Individualized attention and partners are very approachable. Career growth and opportunities given. Love that they offer YOGA at work and that we have a manicurist on site. I also really enjoy the various treats during busy season to keep us motivated. CPE offered is great and very informative. Hard work does not go unnoticed!

      Health and dental premiums are a high depending on plan you choose.

      Prestigious firm with wide array of clientele, many social gatherings that promoted team bonding and flex Fridays, happy hours, etc.

      Cons

      Very segregated department structure where it is hard to move up quickly, dont really get exposure to a variety of things.
