      Pros

      Great top down communication from interns to partners. No real social hierarchy and most people are there to help, especially interns. Had a great time in their NJ office working for 2 summers as a paid intern. Seems like a well-run company headed in the right direction.

      Cons

      Mostly due to when I was there over the summer, but employees were constantly in and out. Created a busy-type environment during a non-busy time for the firm. Not much of a downside, more of an observation.

      Open floor plan and open office doors can be distracting. On occasion, conversations both personal and professional, telephone calls, meetings and the like, are made public when they probably should not be.
