      Pros

      Good salary and the work is pretty easy.

      Cons

      Complete lack of structure within the departments leading to major inefficiencies. Staff and seniors do not work on clients comtinuously, they are forced to hop around and never see anything from beginning to end. Unrealistic hours expectations, even worse than any Big 4 firm.

      People were generally intelligent and approachable

      Cons

      Everyone at partner level and my level was concerned about billing, budgeting, etc. The staff appeared to be running the show as they were in high demand so management was told to "be nice". The partners and mangers worked harder than the staff.
