Lots of opportunity, but depends where you land.

Pros

You have the opportunity to stand out and the firm will take care of you if you're a good performer. Compensation is at- to above-market, at least for lower and mid levels. The Company has improved the work-life balance/flexibility and begun to trust professionals to be professional. Company is rapidly expanding.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities and severe overtime demands can happen based on the service line . Great talent can be held back by persistent short-term needs that the company doesn't prioritize fixing in the long run. Working for an office outside of the NYC region sometimes feels like working for a franchise rather than a fully integrated part of the firm.
