      Pros

      Great culture and great people to work with! CEO and managers really care about each individual. Individualized attention and partners are very approachable. Career growth and opportunities given. Love that they offer YOGA at work and that we have a manicurist on site. I also really enjoy the various treats during busy season to keep us motivated. CPE offered is great and very informative. Hard work does not go unnoticed!

      Cons

      Health and dental premiums are a high depending on plan you choose.

      Pros

      1. They actually care about you here when you have a concern. It is very surprising as most companies in America today do not. 2. The compensation is higher than most big four and the hours are less. You work here (it's accounting) but are rewarded for it. 3. Senior Management is very understanding of life situations and will do their best to accommodate you. 4. Over all this place has been the best Accounting firm I've worked for. Of course, that doesn't mean they are perfect. I list the very few cons below.

      1. Needs to work on getting the Flex time policy up to date and set. 2. Needs to be more open to current employees continuing their education.

      NYC office! Great Place to work

      Pros

      The NYC office is a great place to work. The tax department is like a well oiled machine. From the NY Tax partners to the NY staff everyone is willing to help out and get the job done. The NY tax partners look at work loads to determine if work should be shifted around so not one person is overwhelmed. Tax Managers and tax directors sit with staff to guide them in the right direction. Great mentoring program

      health insurance can be expensive depending on the plan you choose.
