      Pros

      Great top down communication from interns to partners. No real social hierarchy and most people are there to help, especially interns. Had a great time in their NJ office working for 2 summers as a paid intern. Seems like a well-run company headed in the right direction.

      Cons

      Mostly due to when I was there over the summer, but employees were constantly in and out. Created a busy-type environment during a non-busy time for the firm. Not much of a downside, more of an observation.

      Pros

      Overall, I have genuinely enjoyed my time at Citrin Cooperman. The company invests time and money into the advancement of your career and also recognizes the importance of having a balance between work life and personal life.

      Cons

      The NYC office is operating over capacity and does not have adequate offices to seat higher level staff. This leads to a noisy environment for those workers that deserve an office at that time of their careers.
