uhh it's close to grand central?

Whether you're an accountant or working in IT, this is not the place to be. I'll keep it short and simple with one fact..... the turnover rate is extremely high. Many factors goes into it but the internal structure of Citrin Cooperman is horrible aka they still live in the 1970s. Also the "family-oriented" hoopla they try to sell is a complete lie. You don't have to be in love with your job, but you sure do need to tolerate it and the people. This place exudes so much negativity, like stressed to the point where you get gray hair and forcing yourself to get out of bed to arrive at a hellhole.

I don’t have anything good to say about this company. The original owners are no longer there. And the new CEO prejudice as hell.

Cons

The company sucks. They’re firing all of their employees and all the work is being done out of India.

Pay not worth toxic culture, disorganized leadership, and no work/life balance

- Paid fairly compared to other firms - Remote work

Cons

- Extremely disorganized top-down. No plans. No structure. Everything is very chaotic and last-minute due to this - Lied about work/life balance during interviews. Flaunt summer/winter hours that don't really exist - Unreal expectations to respond to emails after 8-9pm and ridiculed if it takes too long. Ridiculous lack of professionalism - Onboarding training is nonexistent. No help or resources to reach out to as you start - Teams are very, very cliquey. This leads to people feeling left on the outside with no one to ask questions to or seek help from
