Working in a fast-paced and high-energy atmosphere keeps things exciting and engaging. Having weekends off and two half days each week allows for personal time and relaxation. The monthly bonus structure rewards hard work and meeting goals, providing motivation to excel. Receiving pay weekly can help with budgeting and financial planning, giving you quicker access to your earnings. Cons

It’s frustrating when the team bears the brunt of issues that are beyond their control, leading to unnecessary stress. It can be disheartening when the team works hard but still gets blamed for situations outside their influence. Being a "punching bag" can lead to emotional exhaustion for both you and your team, increasing the risk of burnout. Despite the value you bring to dealerships, feeling underpaid can lead to frustration and dissatisfaction. A lower salary might shift focus away from the positive aspects of the job, leading to a more negative outlook. If bonuses or raises aren’t substantial enough to match effort and results, it might hinder long-term loyalty to the company.
