Pros

Citrin is a great company to work for. Each account is going to differ from each experience due to the nature of the account (dealership in my case). Citrin does its absolute best to take care of their employees which I've always loved.

Cons

Since each dealership is going to vary, experiences differ on a day to day basis. Required 45 hour work weeks that end up being 50 in most cases.
