I can work the shifts that I choose which makes it very flexible according to my schedule. Good advancement opportunities and friendly co-workers. Clear instructions and adequate training is provided.

Cons

On your feet all day which can be tough if working a double shift.

Pros

Get the hours you signed up for. Completing the tasks that you signed up for. Sometimes free lunch. Long drives that help you get to know your city and the surrounding areas. Competitive pay and incentives to advance in company.

Cons

Weather... Long standing times... Sometimes very slow.. Having to work with cocky/brash service advisors from the dealership and their attitudes.. youll get written up if youre even a minute late?

Awesome flexibility and support from the entire team, no matter how big an issue could be it will be resolved with the help of everyone

Cons

Being at a large account, sometimes management assistance can be delayed but not the end of the world
