While the application appeals to all demographics, the experience does not. After working hard for the company for two years, I was unfortunately removed due to a false accusation. In hopes of the company’s backing, I felt secure in my position. Unfortunately, I was let down- again.

Cons

If you want to work at a company that truly values your presence and perspective, look further.

Pros

Very understanding managers. Flexible hours, plenty of overtime opportunities. A family kind of vibe in the workplace.

Cons

There's basically no cons. Other than the beginning of a new partnership with the suburban dealership in Michigan was a little dicey at first but smoothed out very quick.
