A set schedule, health insurance (includes dental and vision), PTO, flexibility when having a doctors appointment, amazing coworkers, friendly atmosphere, every employee is given the opportunity to grow in the company/get promoted.

Cons

There is usually no overtime available.

Folks I worked with were kind and funny

Cons

Upper management was an absolute mess HR doesn't respond or follow up Left in limbo over what my job actually was supposed to be Charged $100 for uniforms, only received ONE shirt Mind-numbingly boring work (Many more smaller reasons that contribute to the highest employee turnover rate I have ever seen for any company ever)
