      Great communication with management Fun working environment with awesome co-workers

      Cons

      Having to work in -30 degree weather here in Minneapolis, MN but we made the most of it and had some fun in the snow

      Pros

      Very laid back work environment, tons of opportunity to grow with the company. Management really is invested in growth and promote the valets and shift leads who show a dedication to the values and service that Citrin strives to provide.

      Cons

      The weather is a huge factor when working as a valet... not something management can fix.

      Pros

      Provides ample opportunity for growth with a laid-back and excellent work environment. 100% hospitality focused, treats the customers with respect and dignity. Amazing and fun place to work and be able to drive new cars every day.

      Cons

      Being independent from the dealer provides hardships with communication. Sometimes even Shift leads or team leads don't understand what the Tom Wood employees are asking and this causes confusion and frustration for everyone.
