Hi- We're glad to hear that you had an overall positive experience being a part of our team. Thanks for sharing your concerns. We are always pushing ourselves to improve. Accountability from top to bottom is important to us. We'll continue to work to ensure everyone is held to the same standards . Regarding upward mobility with us, there are a ton of leadership opportunities available. Over 50 new leadership positions were added this past year and 95% of these openings were filled internally. Hi, Thanks for taking time out to leave us feedback! I am sincerely disappointed to hear that you aren't having a great experience and we would like to learn more about your concerns to address them. Providing flexible scheduling is super important to us, just know that every September in Columbus we face the same challenge with the back to school transition. It places a lot of unfair pressure on our team (including managers) and know we are working hard to get this rectified. The good news is that we anticipate being back to normal staffing levels by the end of the month.
