Pros

You get to do your own thing but that is also a con. There is no guidance and the company lacks any type of leadership.

Cons

You get nothing of what you are promised, I was promised a company car 3 months in and a gas card. I got the car 6 months in and the gas card the same. You spend your own money. Then they have no leadership so you won’t make sales or money. Then they completely fired the entire sales team in one sitting eliminating their benefits that day not even 30 days notice of anything.
