Pros

Great pay for a lifeguarding job and you can work full time hours over the summer if you choose to do so, you are encouraged to work full time if you can. Make great friends and references for the future. Also Brandi the boss is fantastic!

Cons

Hard to have a life over the summer. Hours are weird 12-8 and sometimes 12-9.
