Cons

Rapid growth means constant change. We manage it well and what a great problem to have!

Cons

-The fast-paced nature of veterinary medicine requires flexibility and adaptability as patient volume, staffing needs, and workflows evolve. -The company does not currently offer paid holidays, which may be a consideration for some employees.
