Pros

They are strong on safety Have the best utility superintendent I've ever seen but also the worst one I've ever seen. Good equipment Good mechanics Great Company President Great benefits for the single man

Cons

Lower pay than most companies in the area/below national average Only 56 hours of PTO no sick days or anything else of the sort. Way below national average. Not so good Healthcare for a family. Premiums are expensive and out of pocket max is high for family Not good with estimating Most project managers never answer their phone, bad communication. Only $25 shift premium for working nights which just started this year. Uproot your entire life to work several weeks at night for only $25. Some companies like PRI pay $375 a night shift premium. $25 is nothing. Foreman do more than most foreman in the same field do. More of an assistant superintendent than a foreman. But less pay.
