      The leadership team is engaged and the CEO provides regular updates that kept employees informed. Hybrid/remote work options and the company is doing things that show they are invested in their workforce.

      Cons

      Some departments/people are over-worked due to the lack of having enough hands at any given time.

      Nope! I couldn't find any aside from the days off, pay, and (insert sarcasm) discriminatory jokes.

      Sigh! Lots. The work life balance is you work while I pretend to work but really, everyone knows I am playing. Or calling in sick. Or have special boss privis.
