Casual dress, half days if goals met, benefits after 90 days, commission if goals met (with stipulations), good co-workers, downtown location
Cons
New management came in and turned the place on its head! Many people left which is sad because it was a great place to work. Also the pay is not proportionate to the work load. Many issues getting everyone on the same page, inconsistent rules and favoritism abounds! You think if you go in, work hard, and show up you will be rewarded for the effort. Don't bet on it. And, there are some seriously sketchy things going on. The commission is hard to understand, and if you have to also pay child care the pay and then insurance will almost make it not worth working.
