Pros

I have to put 20 words in this field before I can submit my review. No pros at all.

Cons

Before I worked at eMason\Clarifire, I had a positive and teaming attitude. I loved helping others and I understood and cared for the people around me. I used to believe that people have the best interest of the people they work with in mind. That all changed after a couple months of working at this company. The things that have impacted me during my tenure there were quite startling. I still am in shock at the transformation of my professionalism during my short stay at this company. Within the first two weeks of my employment, i was able to understand the challenges I would face. For starters, the motto of most people working there is protect yourself and make the other people look bad so you can save face. I have never worked for a company where the mindset of the employees is to bulldoze the people you work with. It was a rat race to see who can make someone look bad that day. This mindset happens on a daily bases. It became mentally and physically draining. This was the first job where the constant unprofessionalism crept into my personal life. It took a new job where the company and the people I work for care and support each other to regain my believe that people are good. It was big relief to finally leave eMason. I only wish I had listed to my gut and not taken this job. It was a setback in my business career. My words of wisdom are the following: 1. What you read here on this board regarding this company are true. 2. Taking a job with this company will highly impact your personal thoughts on people and impact your professionalism.

Pros

Pay and benefits are good because they can't people.

Cons

Leadership is completely disconnected from the company. They lack vision, leadership and the ability to lead the company to success. The company is hemorrhaging people. The owner thinks that being able to hire 72 people in 2013 was a "Cool" thing. Clearly doesn't understand the financial impact. If your looking to develop, learn or polish IT skills this is not the place to be. If your looking for a quick pay check on the way to a better position, this still isn't the place to be.

Pros

The pay is good (golden handcuffs) and some great people to work with (with the exception of "the man" and her cronies).

Cons

"Leadership" has no idea what the other hand is doing. Losing clients with no new ones lined up; I'm not sure how the company is even staying afloat. Over promises and under delivers on products/services. High turnover = poor morale Having your own people write fake reviews to boost your ratings should tell you everything (alternative facts).
