Good pay and benefits. Company gives opportunity for development

Cons

Company does not look after employees. Quick to find someone to throw blame at. Makes a lot of wmpty promises to get the employee to do for them and throws them away when they are done

So sad to see you did not enjoy the rotational program that is really designed to bolster up future leaders for the company. Sorry to see this program did not fulfill on its promises to you.
