Way too many hours. 6 or 7 day work weeks every single week. Absolutely zero regard for work life balance. I think we’ve had 2 or 3 saturdays off this entire year. Blew right through the expected “slow season” that usually gives us a break from this. Very few opportunities for advancement. If you don’t have a degree already, it’s impossible to get into management. Tuition reimbursement is available but who has time to take classes while working 7 days a week. We can’t keep employees right now, so the rest of us who are sticking it out get stuck with massive amounts of overtime to cover understaffed shifts.
