      Compensation is pretty good but not worth the trouble

      Before the company was bought out it was a great place to be. After the buy out the new company decided to clear out all of management from the plant level up. This was done in a few short months. So now all the new hires in all the management positions were never trained amd are learning as they go. This results in material shortages weekly and extreme under staffing in all departments. Its a mess and has been getting worse for the last 2 years.
