Good pay and benefits and if you hate your family you won't see them anymore while getting all the overtime you can stand

Cons

Social and family life traded for lead poisoning and a paycheck. Expect to spend 80 to 90 percent of your waking hours at work wearing a respirator. That is until they shut down your plant in the intrest of "stream lining"
