The salary is not bad

Cons

But no career development plan, and business is shrinking, we are focusing on the cost saving, so a lot of program can not delivered in recent years because of the cost saving. The management team's focus has been transferred from business expanding to cost saving, which means employees can not get enough career development from now on. Also, management team try to let candidates to resign by themselves to save the compensation payout, and save the lay-off cost. It's lack of human touch

So sorry you are feeling the impact of the cost-cutting measures so negatively. Please speak up to ask for the personal and professional development that you seek. So many of those things are not budget related. This is when the local teams can get scrappy and creative to make sure the team is feeling the reinforcement they need.

Global Organisation, Great opportunities to learn, collaborate

Cons

Worst work culture, employee decisions are made on personal opinion basis rather than professional basis. Line managers are allowed to take personal revenge on subordinates. NO DIVERSITY & INCLUSION.
