Cons

Public sector approach, very rigid environment, not looking ahead nor introducing improvements. Relatively old workforce which hasn't been invested into education and knowledge expansion.

It has an excellent reputation for the products it manufactures.

Cons

There is a lack of culture and appreciation of other markets outside the USA and China, and it is clear from Mark's presentations that Latam (Brazil and Colombia) is just an operation without much expression.
