Money, but you are forced to make it working a grueling 19 and 2 schedule with many forced overtimes. Make some good friendships

Cons

Poor leadership above supervisors. High turn over rate in upper management and on the floor. Hazardous, stressful, hard physical labor, hot. Always giving more paycuts/cutting rates. Forced overtime in early and overs in the same day. 19 and 2 schedule. Nothing like watching a full grown man cry because he cant go to his kids baseball game due to a force over for the 3rd time in a week. Fmla abusers bc of the work environment. Felons and rapists hired on the spot.
