incentive pay, good money, good benefits and helpful co workers

Cons

A lot of mandatory overtime. 12 hour shifts up to 4 days out of the week and mandatory Saturdays constantly. 6 months out of the year they are allowed to work you ever other Sunday as well on top of working Satudays. There will be months where you could work 13 days in a row.
