Senior division leadership treated me like family and showed genuine concern for my wellbeing. I worked for corporate. I made great friends while working there.

Cons

Operations and plant level employees treated us in corporate like outsiders even though our goal was always to help them improve their bottom line.

- Competitive pay - Benefits - Advancement opportunities and training initiatives. - Plant management "cares" - Corporate investments in new plant technology. - Continuous improvement culture. - Strong commitment to health and safety. - Free batteries to employees - Very fast paced work environment (pro or con, depending on your preference)

Cons

- (hourly workers) mandatory overtime; (this is getting better as the plant performance improves). - If you are looking for easy money without hard work, this is not for you. - Industrial environment (If you are looking for a desk job, look elsewhere). - Very fast paced work environment (pro or con, depending on your preference)
