High earning potential. You will be set up to succeed at any given role with access to mentors and trainers that are good at teaching the necessary techniques to be successful. Health and safety is truly a top priority and the company goes above and beyond to protect employees from hazards of the job.

Cons

Overtime is common, and has the potential to be overwhelming if you are not prepared for it.
