      Pros

      Flexible work arrangements and good drive from upper management to move the company forward.

      Cons

      There is inconsistency in needs and requirements/expectations of items to perform and get done. It has a tendency to change on the fly and leaders not always on the same page.

      Daily safety, moral, and ethical headache

      Pros

      It is a big company with many Plants and facilities worldwide. If you are not a fit with the Plant you could possibly transfer to a better facility.

      Cons

      Broken HR system, discrimination, favoritism, daily OSHA violations, FMLA abuse, EPA violations, poor culture, poor facility management, extremely poor and unethical Plant leadership.
