None as of now. Used to be a good place.

Cons

First of all, it is a big mess as many mergers happened. Looks like the non technical people are calling shots at this firm after the mergers.

Pros

Company: Great benefits, opportunities for growth and learning. MLDP Program: opportunities for well-rounded learning in multiple departments , housing stipends and paid relocations.

Cons

Company: Communication falls short, or feels reserved for only certain groups of people. Lacking delegation and assigning responsibilities at the plant level. MLDP program: Uncertainty surrounding permanent placement and location after rotational program has ended. Challenges in learning when plant locations are struggling.
